Hello, I am an EmbedPress Pro member and the “EmbedPressPDF” option/functionality doesn’t work when I try to use it. When I try to use it in the classical editor it lets me click the “EmbedPressPDF” icon and then it lets me select the PDF that I want to use. After I select the PDF that I want to use; however, the PDF somehow isn’t uploaded to the page and a blank PDF screen is displayed with a “Powered by EmbedPress” slogan at the bottom.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mnoddings

    Greetings. Hope you’re doing good.

Really sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, we are unable to provide any Pro support here. Please contact our team here if you are facing any issues with the PRO plugin.

In the meantime, you can explore, how you can embed PDFs in Gutenberg & Classic editor.

    Thank you!

    Hi @paulamit ,

Thank you for the response! I will reach out to the “Pro support” about my issue. This said, I believe my problem shouldn’t be effected by whether or not I have the PRO plugin or not given that the “EmbedPress PDF” functionality is offered in both the PRO and free subscriptions. I followed the directions for embedding PDF’s in Gutenberg & Classic editors, but was still having problems. Going to try and keep figuring out the problem!

    Thanks,
    Max
