I use Cloudflare’s R2 for media hosting. However, when I try to show a PDF file through the?EmbedPress PDF?widget, it?just displays a blank PDF screen with a ‘Powered by EmbedPress’ slogan at the bottom.

    Hi @mrboro

I have discussed the issue with our dev team, and according to our dev team, the PDF domain does not match with your site domain, so its creating a console error, and the PDF is not displaying.
Please use the external source and link the PDF, check the screenshot, https://d.pr/i/JIiw6m It should work that way, let me know the status.

    Thanks

    Hi @amin7

Thank you for the update. However, that’s exactly the issue I’m facing—it’s not working for external or CDN sources. To be honest, I’m wondering why I should use EmbedPress just to embed a PDF, as I could do that easily without the plugin. I was hoping to take advantage of the specific features offered by the EmbedPress PDF widget. I’d appreciate any further assistance or a solution you can provide.

    Thanks.

    Hi @mrboro

Currently, I could not check your shared link, as it is in the maintenance mode. But, previously, I checked on my side, using the external sources, and that PDF is displaying in my end, please check the screencast, https://d.pr/v/6KPd6W

Well, along with embedding PDF, we offer custom features ( some are available in the Pro), like custom logo, social share, height-width, content protection, display advertisement etc.

Please correct me if I misunderstand your issue, share a screen record of the issue.

    Thanks
