Embedding Youtube video

Just found Viper’s Video Quicktags (https://www.viper007bond.com/wordpress-plugins/vipers-video-quicktags/ ) in another thread. I’m using it now and it works!

Thanks. I saw those posts, but they seem to apply to off-line www.remarpro.com tool, not to wordpress.com blog. Or, maybe I am missing something. How do I add a plug-in to my blog?

In case anybody is curious, I found the answer.
The trick is to use the URL of the video from Youtube instead of embed code. You simply place this code in the entry (in HTML):
[youtube=URL]
URL here is what you copy from the Youtube to the right of the video right above the embed code. I have just tried it, and it works.
