Embedding YouTube

I don’t know how much specific info is needed to get an answer to my question but here it is:
I am using a theme template and want to click on a thumbnail and have that link to a youtube video like the following template that I am using:https://themeforest.net/item/domino-bold-premium-wordpress-portfolio/full_screen_preview/109299
Go to: portfolio page>urban project>view more (it’s the thumbnail to the right).Also if anyone knows how to achieve the sub-catagories off to the side within a post.
