Embedding WordPress posts into HTML sites

Hey!
I am currently using WordPress and a custom theme at simoperations.com (it’s actually MU but that doesn’t make any difference because, if needs must, i’ll just export and import into a single). I am working on making that site into a static PHP site so I can achieve more stuff with MySQL. I want to build in my own user registration script, forums etc.

However, I want the posts on my wordpress site to stay! Apart from stripping the theme and just using an iframe, is there any other way I can include the wordpress posts into my new site.
