Do your courses allow the embedding of Vimeo videos which are restricted for play to the website domain?

If so, does it track how much of the video the student has viewed and is this available in analytics or some other type of record?

Follow up question. Do you have a subscription capability to restrict paid users to certain course pages?

    Hi @lukedouglas

Here is your all question and answers.
    1. We have Vimeo video integration but need to check domain restricted video will play or not. You can send me a example restricted video to our support mail.

    2. Our video tracking is under development. Very soon we will release it.

    3. We have WooCommerce Subscription and Paid Memberships Pro Integration. We are also building our own payment system.

if you have more question, please come to our support center or live chat

    Thanks

The client is concerned if content is served from your website or will Vimeo remain on Vimeo as well as all the course data. Can you clarify how this is handled?

    Hi @lukedouglas

Our plugin is not a SaaS. It is a self-hosted plugin. You can upload video in your website and then use that video for lessons or you can also use a third party video platform.

    Thanks

What about membership & lesson data? Is that all kept on the website or is an account at Academy required?

Every data will be saved on your website. Our LMS has no option to save data inside our website.

On your tracking, is that done on a page to page progression?

Example: If the course had 8 pages, the student finishes page 1 and goes to page 2, would that be a 12.5% completion?

Also, on the paid courses, if someone had paid for the course and sent the link to a friend, would that friend be able to view that page without logging in to be verified as a paid student? How does that work?

Do you have an example of your “Analytic/Report”?

Also, can you set a time for a course? IE: 90 days from purchase to view course, after which the course is no longer available?

    Hi @lukedouglas

Thank you for your patience. Here are the answers to the mentioned questions:

    1. We have implemented a course progress percentage bar on the learn page, similar to the example: https://prnt.sc/9OkIWA6MJpOM.
    2. For paid courses, other students will not have access to watch the course without logging in.
    3. Yes, we offer an analysis dashboard providing a quick overview of all statuses, similar to: https://prnt.sc/PBhA8BHkWxPO.
    4. We have incorporated the “Expire Enrollment” feature, ensuring that students cannot access the course after it expires, as demonstrated here: https://prnt.sc/y4DViNEJITlW.

Thank you so much for your interest in knowing the important things as well. If you have any further inquiries or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us.
