Embedding Google Forms in WordPress Twenty Seventeen Format

Your content is not in a “theme name” format. It is just content.
Which editor are you using? Do you have anything (a plugin or block) that helps to embed Google Doc Forms? I just looked at the Embed blocks supplied by WordPress and Google Doc is not one of them.
