Embedding form problem

    Hi there, I’ve inserted the shortcode (in Gutenberg editor) and now I see the registration form and a piece of MC4WP code too.
    My page look like:

    (function(){if(!window.mc4wp){window.mc4wp={listeners:[],forms:{on:function(event,callback){window.mc4wp.listeners.push({event:event,callback:callback});}}}}})();
    NAME:
    EMAIL:

    What could cause such issue?
