Embedding Flash File

  • Hi:

    I am having an issue getting an embedded flash file to display the content with the correct width and height. When I use the Kimili shortcode or the Easy Embed Flash shortcode to insert the flash file, the content displays in the page, but that content gets scrunched to a small size that is unreadable or cropped because the width and height is off. I set the width and height to 640 x 480 pixels but it seems to be forced to a much smaller size.

    I would like the full size of the flash file to display. Can some one please help me resolve this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi:

    I did more troubleshooting and discovered what the issue was. I had to use the new <object> embed code released by Adobe and set the max-width and max-height properties in the CSS style sheet of my theme to the desired sizes as well. That fixed the problem.

    I hope this solution helps for others that may run into this issue.
