embedding blog in iframe

Hello

Please help! I’ve been trying various ways of embedding posts form my blog into my website and i have succeeded ??

Im using an iframe to embedd the posts base on their category so im calling a page like this:

https://sitenmae.co.uk/wordpress/?cat=4

or
/wordpress/?cat=4

So i just displaying posts in a particular category, i have two problems:

1. I’ve tried numerous ways of dynamically resizing the iframe and none of them seem to work (yes the blog is on the same server) . how can i dynamically feed the height of the blog page into an iframe?

2. The site is for a nightclub/bar who want to display the weeks events in a slideshow .. how do i get a slideshow (or anything) to display the next 7 days events or even the next 7 articles that are cues to be published……
