Embedding a MOV. video file

  • Looked all over the internet and cant find a solution, surely it must be possible?

    I cant seem to embed the video file, just a link to the video. No problem with mp4 as when I select this format of video it lets me select from a dropdown to embed. Not with the MOV video file.

    Solution?

    If not, what can I use to convert from mov to mp4?
