Embedding

  • Hello. I was wondering, is it possible to embed things into records? Example I want to put an embedded google map into my record. I did look at the location plugin but as its google only and I do not wish to use google API, that isn’t an option for me.

    Instead I want to put the embed iframe code of a location in instead. My field is set to rich text.

    Any help most appreciated.

    The plugin has a shortcode field type that allows you to configure a shortcode that can be embedded in the record display. No guarantees on what will work in there, but it’s something you can try.

    If you have some php skills, you can use a custom template to add your own custom code to the display, this gives you a way to embed basically anything.
