Embedded YouTube Videos Don't Work in 3.9

I am beyond pissed. No one warned me that all of my videos would stop working on my blog. Insert at least three expletives in every one of my sentences to find out what I really feel about this.

Now, you can supposedly drop the video url on its own line, without hyperlinking it, and it will embed. Yeah right. Didn’t work.

I replaced all my videos manually with [video src="https://videourl"] and now mobile view is screwed up and the like button doesn’t show either. Any way to properly embed responsive videos in WordPress? A simple url does not work despite what the bloggers say. Thanks.

Note to WP: DO NOT PUT OUT A MAJOR UPDATE IF PEOPLE’S VIDEOS ARE GOING TO DISAPPEAR ON THOUSANDS OF THEIR BLOG POSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
