Embedded Product Page Image Issue

Help would be greatly appreciated.

We are building our website with the WP Bakery Tool.
On the page two of the tabs “Donate” and “Sponsor” utilise the Product Page Tool.
When both of the tabs are linked through to their respective products both the featured images disappear, however if we remove one of the products the remaining products featured image becomes visible.

Please help!
