Embedded PDF never opens / Takes very very long

    Hello,

    I embedded a pdf file on my WordPress site using dFlip 3D Flipbook plugin.
    The embedded file takes very very… long to open. In fact, most of the time it does not open.

    Could anyone tell how to speed up the embedded pdf?

    Hi,
    You can follow some guidelines here:

    It’s two things we noticed:
    1. PDF size. for your content, the size could be easily optimized to around 15MB even at 500KB per page, we recommend 250KB per page so try to pull it below 10MB, currently, its 22MB for 30pages around 1MB each slows the loading.
    2. Since you are using flat pages, try disabling 3D. since 2D Flat pages and 3D flat pages look the same, and won’t need extra 3D resources to be loaded.

    Disable the autoplay too. It will help.

    Also, we noted some there are some requests every few seconds from the page/site, in browser network panel, check if that is creating congestion.
