Embedded newsletter form disappeared

Hi there, my embedded form disappeared on my WordPress page and I have no clue why it happened. Here is an image that shows the problem: https://imgur.com/0dpoKiA

It worked without any problems for more than a year. I placed it simply in the footer section on the very left and integrated it as a widget.

Also worth mentioning is that I use NitroPack as a Plug-In, but I performed a Cache Purge already, and I was also trying everything in NitroPacks SafeMode and with the plug-in deactivated. So that it doesn’t interfere.

I am still running on WordPress 5.9.3 (not 6.0 which is the latest version) and everything else is up to date, including my theme.

Any clue why this is happening?
