Embedded map

  • Hello.

    everything works fine only the embedded map feature didn’t work for me.

    I always see:
    Not Found
    Sorry, the embedded map you are looking for cannot be found.

    I try: [tsmap id=x]

    My wish:
    I want to see my live status.

    Can someone help me?

    Are you saying that if you use the shortcode in an embedded map, that it doesn’t work, but if you use exactly the same shortcode in a regular post or page, that it does work?

    If the author of the embedded map and the owner of the track are the same user, or if the author of the embedded map is a WP admin, it should work. If it works in a regular post, but not in an embedded map, that is very weird, not to say impossible.

    “Embedded map” is just a WP post type, the shortcode handling for different post types is exactly the same…

    If you cannot get it to work, can you share the URL with me, so I can have a look?

    Sorry for the long delay, and thank you for your help!
    But now it works, i don’t know why. But it works.

    Only one question:
    How can I only see the last/one dot point of my live sharing my position.
    Can you write me the short code?

    Hi,

    This is actually in the FAQ. Set up the shortcode to display only the end marker, and make the track transparent:

    [tsmap user=@ markers=e opacity=0.0]
