Embedded Audio Player Malfunctioning

One of the websites I manage is displaying a white line covering up the play button on the embedded audio player from WordPress. It seems to only do it in Chrome, but it’s very difficult to hit ‘Play’ on the player as the white line is somehow preventing it.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on here?

Note: I already checked to see if it’s a theme issue or plugin issue. It does it on other themes and even if I disable all the plugins.
