Embed video not plying – video not showing

  • HELP!

    just noted that the embed video is not working and the gallery shows white screen when I click on the image of the video.

    Hi @tecnoproofmark ,

    We checked the page you had mentioned but could not find any embded video at this moment.
    However we noticed that some of the gallery thumbnails were not loading ( it was white screen )
    And the reason seems to be some sort of cache either from your hosting or another optimization/caching plugin.
    As they started to load properly once we added ?cache=0 to the end of the URL
    If you are not using any specific plugin for this purpose Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the caching on this page.
