Embed video from sites like youtube

  • I am trying to embed video code from youtube and sites like it to our blog. Before we updated to 2.7 I was not having a problem doing this; however, since updating I am having issue.

    I copy the copy from youtube…insert it into the blog under the html section…hit publish

    Once I hit publish or save the embed code goes away! Why is that? It does it for all embed video codes that I have copied.

    Some help would be awesome!

  • I am having this problem as well….can ANYONE help?

    I’m having a similar problem, but my video shows but part of the object code does too…

    Make sure you switch to html mode before you paste in the code. Then don’t switch back to visual mode before publishing. Bottom line: Once you past in the embed code, don’t switch back to visual mode on that post.
