Embed uploaded video in WordPress media library

Hi,
is possible to get the url of MP4 video imported from Instagram in WordPress media library?

The tag **insta-image-link** output the url of imported picture, for example:
https://www.domain.ext/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/1487163276.jpg

If the imported media is a video, the tag **insta-image-link** output the image preview of the imported video.

Is there a way to get the full url of the imported video?
Something like **insta-video-link** to get the MP4 url:
[video src="https://www.domain.ext/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/640x640-video-1487076216.mp4" /]

I would like to embed the imported videos with WordPress native video player, instead of the Instagram embed.
