    Hi thanks for the reply.

    I’m actually using WPBaker or Gutenburgh or whatever it’s called haha.

    I did see a chat window option and a chat button option? Is it the chat window? Because I tried that and nothing happens it just seemed to mess up my theme stylesheet.

    But no embedded chat appeared

    Yes that is the option.

    If you add it and the page it is embedded on breaks, then it seems that there could be a compatibility issue/conflict with your theme.

    Would it be possible to provide a link to a page which has the chat embedded?
