Embed shortcodes on templates

Is there any way to get this plugin working for ALL instances of a currency on a page/site?
I have quite a lot of prices on my pages generated by a meta_key value that I write in a custom field when I’m posting things and obviously the shortcode tags don’t cover that.
That’d be a super cool feature though, just offer visitors a dropdown of the currency they’re using then auto convert every instance of it on the page they’re viewing.
