Hi, I just recently updated to the latest version and now I’m having problems (again) with an embedded module. Specifically, the module won’t show up in any of my product pages. The modules shows up fine in any other page. Also, I’d like to point out that as you’ve disabled any visibility conditionals for shortcodes, I didn’t put any at all.

I’ve also tried troubleshooting on my own, and I’ve found out – via inspecting the html code – that the section is actually in there. I assume it’s related to visibility being hidden. However, I haven’t added nor modified any CSS relating to Hustle.

    Hello @mnjavier

    I trust you’re doing well!

I’m sorry to hear you have this issue. I could not replicate this issue on my end, with the product pages. Please share here a link to a product page so we could have a closer look?

Would you please also export the embed, as shown in the screenshot below and upload the file to a Google drive or a Drop Box?

Please share the download link with us.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hello @mnjavier

    I trust you’re doing well!

Apologize for the late reply. Thank you for sharing a link to your site and the embed’s opt-in. I’ve tested the opt-in on my end and it was showing up the signup message. I’ve checked the embed settings and the Inline Content option is not enabled, please see this screenshot:

Enable this option, clear site’s cache and let us know if the embed showed up on a product page.

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

I don’t want it to be an inline content as inline content aren’t located at the bottom-most part of a product page, instead they are located before the “Related Products” section. I want it to be to be enabled via a shortcode.

Anyway, I’ve already figured it out myself. The problem roots from the “hustle-animate” class so I just turned the animation off.
