Embed print settings into generated PDF

There is a lot of difficulty around groups printing the schedule. Mostly it is centered on duplex printing and default settings on most systems. With the trifold it needs to be flipped on the short side and the default is long side. Also, default is Fit to Page and would like it to be Actual size. Can these settings be changed in Bread or embedded into the PDF?
