    Hi there,

    since a few days embeds of for instance YT, Twitter and Instagram no longer work when I have Image Credits Enabled to display After the Content. When I switch to Before Content or show no credits, the issue is resolved.

    The issue is visible as a URL to twitter/Youtube/Instagram is shown instead of the post on those networks.

    I disabled all plugins and only kept Image Credit running and I was able to reproduce this.

    Hi,
    Can you post an url where this is happening?

    You can see it here;

    for the time I have set Better Image Credits to After The Content. Let me know when you have looked at it and I can change it back to Before The Content.

    I just noticed the following; when you end your post with the embed, and have Better Image Credits set to After The Content, the issue appears. When you add one more line after the embed, the issue is no longer there.

    I added a line to the post I just shared which I will remove now.

    I think that the content end up being something like:

    https://youtube.com/myvideo<p class=”credits”>…</p>

    And then the component that parses the content to find embedded urls just doesn’t recognise the url as being a url. That’s actually a problem with that parser and the solution you have is just to make sure you always have a blank line after the url you want to embed.

    I am pretty sure it would happen with any other plugin that adds HTML at the end of the content.

    OK thanks. It is the parser of WP. I might log a defect there.
