Embed Map only

  • Hello, I am wondering if I’d be able to embed the “small” version of our visitor’s map, with the map being the ONLY thing that is displaying? I am currently able to embed the whole widget as an iframe, but I’d love to get rid of all the options and only display 1 size of the map. To get an idea of what I am talking about, go to, https://www.newvisionlive.com and click on the “Map of Visitors” tab at the bottom of the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • I have done just this with my version, however it takes some core code mod to do it. I use my map for members locations. When they visit my other site map it records their visit on the blog version as well. I also removed some of the options for time and such and just left the map selection. You also have to remove the option for map number 4 if you do this because that world map is just too big for the embed.

    So yes it can be done however, you do need to be comfortable in some php and html to do this as well as every time there is an update you have to redo your changes. But other than that it does work nice this way.
