embed in a non wp website

Hi
I would like to embed pdfs on a non wp site. No matter it is google docs hosted or that site’s. I used “embed in webpage” option of google docs, but in ie8/7 document doesnt loaded/frame is blank. I know partial solution is to change privacy settings but it is not a solution for many visitors.
I found this website, but I cant find how to used this script without wp.
