Embed images in a Cognito Forms Survey

  • I am using Cognito Forms to place a survey on my wordpress site. I would like to place images in the survey so that people completing the survey can rate each image on a rating scale. All the images are currently either jpg or png, but can be converted to another file format if it makes the process possible/easier.

    Hello!

    We are currently working on the ability to upload images to a form in our Content Field. This feature will be released this month. We are also working on the ability to add photos to the form outside of the Content Field. You can follow the progress of this on our idea board.     That is wonderful to hear! I can definitely work with uploading images into the Content Field. Thanks for the quick response!
