Embed form on page

  • After putting the widget on my sidebar, I went to the constant contact site and created my signup form. The widget instructions tell me to go to “Contacts > Join My Mailing List > Start Wizard to generate HTML code” but this not exist. The only options I see are to create a link to the form, and to create a button. I wish to embed the form into my sidebar via the widget. How can I do this?
