Embed form not working in client dashboard template

Not sure if it’s even a Contact Form 7 question or if it relates to something else.
I have created an Elementor template to be used for client dashboard which is set to be shown to the Editor roles only via using the Dashboard Welcome for Elementor plugin.
I added the contact form 7 form that I’m using throughout the site which is working fine but when added to this Elementor template page and tested in the dashboard area as if I would be a client with a limited Editor role is not working.
The form is showing normally but is not sending the email by the ‘client’. Also not showing the quick message below the form after hitting the Send button.
I have tried another plugin to add the contact form 7 via code to the dashboard client page but still won’t work. Also created multiple other contact forms from scratch but was still not successful. I am sure I am doing something wrong but not sure what is it.

So it would basically be inside the WordPress dashboard/admin area but for a user role with limited access who would only be able to create posts, add media and create pages.
I have created a dummy user account for this to login and have a look if you want to do so and is necessary.
