    Hello @skumar1st,

The best way to do that is to install and activate Jetpack on the other site (provided it’s a WordPress site!), then recreate the contact form you’d like to embed.

Jetpack’s contact form works on the site the plugin is enabled.

    Hope that answers your question!

    Thanks for quick reply.
Basically using “Separate sub-site” on same domain and don’t want to install everywhere jetpack.

Embded on another sub-site through any method (without jetpack installation on particular site) not possible?

    Hi @skumar1st

Jetpack’s contact form will only work on the site where the plugin is enabled.

Basically using “Separate subsite” on same domain and don’t want to install everywhere jetpack.

I believe you also have installed separate WordPress for your sub-site. Right? In this case, in order to enable the contact form, you will need to install Jetpack there.
