Embed codes are stripped out of Full Page Content field

  • Hello, I am trying to embed a YouTube video in the Full Page Content field. The video appears in the editor but the embed codes are stripped out when the page is displayed, so it only shows the link text. Is there a setting I’ve missed, or can you help please? I am using version 7.5.4. Thanks

    Sorry for the long wait in responding to this issue. The problem was that the embed shortcode used by WordPress to embed videos is not a real shortcode. It is more of a special shortcode that needed to be processed separately from other shortcode. I have just released an update of Link Library to address this issue. It is version 7.5.8. If you are still using the plugin, please update and confirm if this fix works for you as well.
