Embed Code for WordPress 5.3

Hello there,
i’d like to use this plugin and i know it’t not yet compatible to wordpress 5x.
In 5.0.3 they changed the editor and the way creating a post so the survey-add-button does not appear.
Do you know a trick or can you tell me the normal shortcode for embedding? i think i can see the surveys id in the url when i edit it in backend.
I would like to try if the plugin works in 5.0.3… just need the shortcode ??
