I am taking over some website duties at my new job. We embed ticket ordering pages using Eventbrite, with code like

    <iframe src="//eventbrite.com/tickets-external?eid=13055073075&ref=etckt" height="500"></iframe>

I put that into the site on the “text” tab, just like the other guy does. After I paste the code, if I switch over to the “visual” tab, then I can see the outline of where the embedded object will be. Once I hit either “Save Draft” or “Publish” however, the iframe code disappears from the page and there is no embedded object. The other guy doesn’t have this problem.

I was thinking his user account had some permissions that mine didn’t and that’s why it was stripping the iframe from the posts I tried to edit, but we are both listed as Administrators on the users page of the dashboard.

I’m trying to figure out why it is stripping the iframe code when I insert it, but not when he does it, and how how to get the objects to actually embed into the site.

Example of post with the embed: https://www.energysec.org/events/training/nerc-cip-version-5-bootcamp-phoenix-az-january-4-6-2015/

If I then go in and edit the page, then the embed disappears.
