    In August, I changed my hosting over to Go Daddy for hosting. Ever since the switch, my optin forms have not been showing up. Can you please help!

    Hi,

    That page you provided is resulting in a 404 page. Are you able to provide me with the URL of a live page where you’ve used the code?

    For some reason my older optin form that I am not using is showing up on mobile, but not desktop. However, the new optin form that I want to use is not showing up at all…

    Hi,

    Okay, looking at the pages you supplied, I can see the following code has been added…

    <script src=https://phriendsonthepharm.mykajabi.com/forms/32919/embed.js></script>

    This would suggest the plugin is working correctly and has added the code correctly, as it matches the code you gave at the beginning of this thread. I would therefore suggest that the fault is either in the script itself or some kind of interaction between the code and your theme.

    Unfortunately, I can’t help any further.
