Embarrasing Label appears when hover Input

Hi,
Thanks for this great plugin.
My issue is in object :
An embarrassing label appears when I hover an input[text]As you can see on this pictures :
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_ravnnoppaaU3BUVGlqcnd4ZFEThe label appears below the input that I hover (here, the “Nom” label)
As I have already a label inside the input, How can I delete that additional label ?
