Emaqils not containing radio/checkbox options

  • I have created a form with many question with mutliple choices, but none are shown in emails.

    I tried both HTML and text versions of emails, and there is no options visible.

    Form is styled to our taste, so it will look quite different. But nothing but css is changed.

    Hello,

thank you for using the plugin.

Adjustments at the CSS are always problematic and regularly lead to errors in the plugin. These changes are very individual, and it is difficult to support them. 
You must test your form without any changes on installation. If the Form doesn't work correct, you can send it to us. Then we will test the form on our system. Send the JSON to office at mondula.

    CSS should in principle have nothing to do in what is happening in the backend or under the hood, but for the sake of argument, I have installed your plugin clean on a staging website and still am not getting the fields in my mail. https://geenie.flywheelstaging.com/kom-igang/

    I deactivated all plugins except elementor and yours and defaulted theme to 20 twenty one.

    Below is the mail I get after sending it from staging site. everything in [brackets] are my comments:

    All labels and titles need to be unique. This should fix your issue.
