Emails(notifications) not received

    Hi,

    I manage a website, where I receive emails through your plugin. I don’t get notifications in my Outlook mail box and when I send a test mail to myself, I got this error from Debugging Output:

    504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type

    Hi,

    What authentication type did you choose from the drop-down in Email Setup while configuring emails?

    There are 3 types of Authentication that we support at the moment.

    Please check.

    Hi,

    Use Login Authentication then.

    Plain Authentication might not be supported by your smtp host.
