Hello, no it is not helps, I do not need this plugin, I need to not translate default English emails from english to russian

For clarity, are you wanting to:

• Send all emails in Russian (sites set language) OR;
• Send all emails in English (and keep site language as Russian)

Once we have more clarity, we’ll be able to assist you more accurately.

Also, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

You can find this via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

Once you have that, you can share the results in your response here.

Thanks for the clarification, I understand the site language is in Russian, and you would like to translate the emails to English.

WooCommerce Core does not include that functionality by default, but you can use plugins to help you perform the translations, for example WPML or Polylang might help as well. More info is below:

While I can understand your point. Please note, WooCommerce Core does not include that functionality.

This is a development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce. As well as the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack.

On these resources above, you can find a developer to perform a custom solution according to your needs.

and I have bugs with gtranslate plugin because of this
