    Hello

    Test emails will send to all domains but our own. They’re not even in our junk mail? How do I fix this?

    Hi @hmarketing,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble! It is possible that when you’re receiving emails from your own domain name, your email filters or spam rules may have rejected those emails.

    Please get in touch with your email provider’s support and ask them to whitelist these emails. After that, you should be able to receive future emails.
