I have two forms on my client’s website. The email notifications are both set up with same to, from and CC. The only difference is the entry content ([default-message]), none of which contains URL’s or anything like that. One email sends. The other doesn’t. When I go into the entry details for an entry on the one that doesn’t send and hit “Resend emails”, they send.

The form that doesn’t send emails has a payment option at the end. I have the admin email notification set to send on “Create”. Is this correct? I want to be able to test it without making a payment. It doesn’t seem to send on “Create” without making a payment.

    Hi there,

It sounds like you are using an addon for the payment part. Does the email come through correctly with all other plugins disabled (including Formidable addons)? If so, it sounds like a configuration issue with the payment part. Since we are not allowed to provide support here for premium products, can you please open a ticket in our help desk?
