Emails Unmarketable

I have the InfusionSoft Gravity add-on. It’s great – works perfectly, easy to set up and has all the options we need.
But all emails come into InfusionSoft as unmarketable. I saw a post that said this problem was resolve with an update, but we are still experiencing this.
What can we do?
