Emails to Yahoo addresses failing

  • Hello there!

    I apologize if this topic has been brought up, but I couldn’t find a way to search the forums.

    I’ve searched online for potential causes for this problem, but discovered nothing useful. Emails sent to Yahoo addresses are failing with the following message (identifying information removed; but I know many of these addresses are still good). I believe all of them are failing (I’ve seen about 18 so far):

  • We’ve had some really nasty issues with Yahoo and our clients before. Their email servers are very “picky”. Unfortunately, the only way to have this fixed is trying to get in touch with them.

    Ahh, I understand. I realized, upon deeper investigation, that this problem is likely to be with my webhost. I’ll follow up with them and post the results here, especially if we manage to successfully troubleshoot the issue.
