Emails to Hotmail now going into Spam

  • Hi, I love this plugin, as it was the only one I could find that could effectively send my WooCommerce emails to the inbox instead of Spam.
    However, recently all transactional WooCommerce emails my website has sent out has gone into Spam for Hotmail users only.

    We send via SMTP, and we have DKIM, DMARC records set up and have changed nothing since this started happening.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could provide some insight on this, or be able to assist us in rectifying this issue.
