Emails stopped working after adjusting template

  • Hello. I’m new to this and am in over my head.

    I am running the latest version of WordPress and installed WooCommerce. It was running fine, but after I edited the WooCommerce template my emails across the site stopped working. I restored the original files, but it remains broken and non-functional.

    I have tried several plugins like Wp-Mail-SMTP, but absolutely can not get them to connect to the server (I’m using google apps for business- I don’t know if that matters).

    Any ideas how to get my emails on my site working again? I’ve got orders pouring in and no way to send their confirmations. :/
