Emails Stopped Sending After Months of Working OK

Hi all,
I manage a friends website for him, it doesn’t change ever and he really only uses it for the contact form.
They have been working OK but suddenly they keep showing an error message (the error message has been customized so I can’t see what the original message would have been).

As far as I am aware nothing has changed. Any ideas?
Any help would be appreciated!

Here the same problem. I only get the first E-mail (setup at the top in Contactform 7).
When option Email (2) is activated I still get the first mail, but the Email (2) isn’t send. Also the submit-button keep showing a busy-cursor after it is pressed.
