Emails still going through Hostgator and NOT SMTP

  • Hi,
    I installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin and I can successfully send a test email.
    However, from the WP e-Store plugin from tips and tricks, it still goes through the PHP mailer.
    Any suggestions?

    Looking at the support questions here, it seems that this product is not supported.
    Very few answers. To bad.

    Yep, I know it’s a free plugin and all….but almost been 2 weeks for me. Guess you need to buy a WPForms license to get help.
