Emails Sent Stuck

  • I have installed FREE SENDPRESS and it has been working great for days.

    However my recent email i am trying to send to 6000+ subscribers is causing issues. See figures below, which its been stuck for on days.

    2321 of a possible 3000 emails sent in the last 24 hours.
    2321 of a possible 125 emails sent in the last hour???

    I have 6000+ subscribers in my queue and every time I try to send email, the bar tries 1 email then stops/quits.

    I understand that this is designed to stop, if you hit your sending limit for the FREE version, which apparently I have, only I haven`t?!

    I have tried removing the subscribers from the queue and creating the newsletter process from scratch, by adding subscribers again.
    Still Stuck! I can not get rid of the pesky message to send more!

    Any advice is most welcome as I do not want to lose lists, emails etc

    Hi tobinuk,

    We had an issue with queue counts in a version 0.9.8.6 could you make sure you are on 0.9.8.7. This should fix the counts for sent being all wrong. Let me know if this does not fix the issue for you.
