Emails sent from WP appearing in ‘Sent’ Gmail folder

    Hi,

    I have WP Mail SMTP configured with my Gmail mailer and it seems that all emails sent from WP appear in my Sent folder in Gmail too. Can it be avoided?

    Hi there @kabarovsky,

    Thanks for reaching out. This happens because you’re sending through your Gmail account, so Gmail puts a copy in your Sent folder. Outlook does the same thing. We’re unable to change that behaviour since it’s handled on the mailer side of things.
